  • It depends on notice and speciality. Most shifts are filled within a few hours. Notice is the variable that matters most: a shift published two days ahead gets more applications than the same shift published that morning.

  • We check identity, qualifications, professional registration, documentation and references before enabling a profile. Only validated professionals can apply for shifts at your facility, so the check is not repeated on every urgent cover.

  • We ask them to give notice as early as possible so an alternative can be found, and unjustified late cancellations can lead to temporary penalties on their account. For your facility, the shift goes back to being open for applications.

  • Yes. The shift is published with the requirements of the service (intensive care, inpatient wards, mental health, emergency or geriatrics, among others) and offered to the profiles that fit.
